Bourassa Vineyards is a boutique producer of fine wine that released its first bottle commercially in 2001. While Bourassa has and will continue to work with several different varieties of wine grapes, it is considered to be a Cab house as its focus is on Cabernet Sauvignon and Bordeaux style blends. In 1991, Fred Cline and his wife Nancy relocated Cline Cellars from Oakley to the Carneros region of Sonoma County on a historic 350-acre estate with new vineyards and production facilities. Rios Wine Company, LLC is a small boutique winery owned and operated by three, Manuel, Rafael, Alberto. In 1989, the Truchards began making wine for themselves using only their Carneros estate-grown fruit. An old barn on the property was converted into a winery; this barn became the symbol for Truchard Vineyards and adorns the top of the wine label. Mark Herold’s fascination with wine started in his childhood home in Panama City. On his twelfth birthday he liberated a bottle of Port from his father's cellar. Undeterred from the horrendous hangover that followed the next morning, he set about to learn as much as he could about wine.
