THE Napa Card will be shipped within two business days of order placement.  They are shipped UPS 1st Class Mail and usually take between 5-10 business days to arrive.  Overnight shipping may be purchased for an additional $20.  Please call  THE Napa Card office immediately after placing your order to process the additional shipping fee.

How long does it take for THE Napa Card to arrive?

Any unauthorized resale of the card will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.  It is illegal to resell Napa Card products without permission.

Can I resell my Napa Card product?

How do I activate THE Napa Card?

1.Go to www.thenapacard.com and click on the  Activate tab on the home page
2.Fill in the required fields
3.Enter your new Napa Card ID number and click Activate
4.ENJOY VIP ACCESS TO THE NAPA VALLEY FOR THE REST OF THE YEAR!

**Please enter all the letters and numbers on the back of your card. Note the difference between the letter I and the number 1 and the letter "o" and the number "0".

Yes! Once the card is gifted, the owner can program in his/her name upon card activation.

May I give the THE Napa Card as a gift?

THE Napa Card is a non-returnable item.  If you receive a damaged card, we will be happy to exchange it for you at no cost within 10 business days.  Please contact Customer Service at info@thenapacard.com or (707) 927-5309 for instructions.

Bus Trips: A full refund will be issued if the request is received prior to 5 days before a scheduled trip.  Within 5 days of the trip, there are NO REFUNDS for any reason.
